1. RESPONSIBLE AND GOOD-FAITH USE

instadownloader.bond is a transient personal utility. We do not host or permanently store any user-downloaded media on our servers. All media data is fetched directly from Instagram's CDN and streamed to the user's browser, or processed temporarily in ephemeral memory and deleted instantly after delivery.

2. COMPLAINT PROCEDURE (DMCA-STYLE REQUESTS)

Even though we do not store content, we respect intellectual property rights. If you are a copyright owner (or represent a copyright owner) and wish to prevent users from resolving or downloading links associated with your public Instagram profile or specific media, you can request a block.

To request a block, please email us at legal@instadownloader.bond with the following information:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or the specific Instagram username/shortcodes to block.
• Your contact information (name, email, phone number).
• A statement indicating that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the content is not authorized.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

3. ACTION AND RESOLUTION

Upon receiving a valid request, we will add the target Instagram username or media shortcode to our server-side blocklist within 48 hours. Once blocklisted, our resolve API will refuse to process any URL pointing to the content, returning an inline block notice to all visitors.

4. REPEAT INFRINGER POLICY

We log hashed identifiers of clients. Users or IP networks that are determined to perform repeated, bad-faith attempts to download or distribute copyrighted material in violation of these terms will be blocked from accessing InstaDownloader entirely.
